The channel type leak hole belongs to the real leak type leak hole. The leak hole element is a physically throttled leak channel that can pass through all gas components. Generally, pure gas is used to obtain the required gas leak rate. The VTL-B type of this product is vacuum leak hole, which is a device widely used in vacuum technology and leak detection. It is designed to produce a known and constant gas leak rate, in order to provide an accurate and repeatable reference during testing. Such leaks are usually made of a specific material and contain a precise microhole or channel that allows gas to leak at a constant rate. The main applications of standard leaks include the calibration of leak detection equipment, quality control and process monitoring, and research and development.

Composition and working principle: The standard leak hole is mainly composed of leak hole components, air chamber, inflation valve and connecting parts. The vent element is a core element that allows gas to enter from the side of relatively high pressure to the side of low pressure. Its requirements include compatibility with the connected system, safety and reliability, repeatable restriction of gas flow to the required level, rigidity and durability, no fear of blockage and pollution, and only allowing one required gas to pass through. The air chamber is a device that provides an air source to the inlet end of the leak, and the air supply is required to be sufficient to avoid large changes in the leak rate over time. The leak valve is a device that controls the flow of gas between the leak and the connected system and, when closed, protects the leak element from contamination from the connected system or the ambient atmosphere.
