Leak detector built-in standard leak hole is a very important part of the leak detector components, and is closely related to the accuracy of the leak detector, a standard leak rate used to calibrate its accuracy in the detection process of the leak detector. By comparing the difference between the response value and the actual size of the leak detector when detecting these standard leaks, the detection accuracy and stability of the leak detector can be evaluated. In the detection process of the leak detector, due to the influence of various factors such as environment and substances, the detection results may have errors. At this time, if the standard leak hole is used for calibration, the accuracy and reliability of the testing instrument can be improved.
At present, it is usually an aluminum helium seepage standard leak provided by the manufacturer, and the leak rate is generally on the order of 10-8Pa m3/s. The built-in standard leak made by Dongbei vacuum is a channel leak made of micro-channel capillary.

Features
Anti-shock and anti-fall, long service life: the leak detector's own leak hole is a helium leak hole. The leak element is a glass permeable membrane, which is very easy to break and damage, and cannot be inflated and reused. The manufacturer recommends replacing the leak hole in 2 years. The micro-channel capillary channel leak hole used in Dongbei vacuum is anti-shock and anti-fall, and the service life is generally several times or even longer than that of the leak hole made of permeable membrane.
Stable leakage rate: the temperature coefficient of the helium leakage hole provided by the leak detector is generally 3.0~4.0/℃. Due to different temperature differences in weather and temperature changes in the relatively closed environment before and after the leak detector is started, the leakage rate of the leakage hole will be greatly affected. Moreover, the stable time of the helium leakage hole is very long, usually several hours, which will inevitably cause deviation of the leak detector; the temperature compensation of micro-channel capillary technology adopted by Dongbei vacuum is less than 0.3/℃, and the temperature compensation can be ignored (the change of leakage rate at 10 ℃ is equivalent to the change of helium leakage hole at 1 ℃).
