Its leak rate or calibration accuracy is 0.1g/a, and the leak rate range is:(0~10)g/a. Customers are supported to specify the leak rate or customize the annual leak rate, such as 1g/a,2.5g/a,5g/a,..., Other leakage rate units can also be specified, such as Pa · m3/s (≥ 5 × 10-6 Pa · m3/s), and large leakage rate of 10~100g/a can also be customized.
